Halloween Batch Margarita
A make-ahead pitcher margarita with an eeriegreen tint from blue curacao, built to stay balanced from the first pour to thelast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cups blanco tequila
- ½ cup triple sec
- ½ cup blue curacao
- 1 cup fresh lime juic2
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice, for serving
- Rimming salt
- Lime wheels, for garnish
- Gummyworms or black cherries, for garnish
Instructions
- Rim glasses with lime juice and roll in salt.
- In a large pitcher, combine tequila, triple sec, blue curacao, lime juice, and agave nectar.
- Stir in the cold water.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
- Stir and taste before serving, adjusting lime or agave if needed.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour margarita over, and garnish.
Notes
For a smoking cauldron effect, drop a small piece of food-grade dry ice into the pitcher just before serving. Never touch dry ice with bare hands and keep it out of glasses guests will drink from.
