Ingredients
  

  • 1 board, tray, or platter (12-16 inches)
  • 2 small bowls or mini cauldrons
  • 8 fun-size chocolate bars (Reese's, Kit Kat, orTwix)
  • 1 cup gummy worms
  • 1 cup Sour Patch Kids or Swedish Fish
  • 1 cup M&M's or Skittles
  • 1 cup candy corn or mellowcreme pumpkins
  • 2 tbsp candy eyeballs1cup pretzels or caramel popcorn

Instructions
 

  • Place empty bowls on the board first, spaced apart rather than centered.
  • Arrange the largest items, like stacked chocolate bars, in a loose line or fan near the bowls.
  • Cluster the chewy candy in small groups around the board, keeping each type separate.
  • Pour the M&M's, candy corn, and other loose candy into the bowls. 
  • Fill remaining gaps with candy eyeballs and any leftover pieces.
  • Add chocolate bars last if the board will sit out for more than a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Swap any candy for what's on sale or already in your pantry. Keep the board in a cool spot until just before serving if your kitchen runs warm.
